CSI Certificate and Certification Programs

CSI is the construction community’s authority on communication and construction documentation. Through CSI’s Certification Program, you can develop a conceptual understanding of the entire construction process, and concrete skills in:

 

Registration is closed for the Spring 2017 Exam

Registration for the Fall 2017 Exam begins on June 26, 2017

 

CSI’s Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certificate is a prerequisite to CSI’s advanced Certifications: Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA); Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) and Certified Construction Product Representative (CCPR).

Registration Information

CSI offers the CDT, CCCA, CCPR and CCS examinations twice annually in the Spring and the Fall. Open registration for the test begins in the Winter and Summer respectively.

Spring 2017 (Testing March 27th to June 2nd)

Registration is now closed.

Fall 2017 (Testing September 25th to December 10th)

Early Registration – June 26th to July 10th, 2017

Standard Registration – July 11th to August 28th, 2017

Final Registration – August 29th to September 6th, 2017

The national spring and fall exams are offered at Prometric’s approximately 400 computer-based test centers throughout North America. Candidates register for exams through CSI. Candidates will receive their scores within minutes of completing an exam.

CDT

 

CSI’s Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) program has provided foundation training in construction documentation for architects, contractors, contract administrators, specifiers, and manufacturers’ representatives for decades. As the cornerstone of CSI’s certification program, it’s also prerequisite to CSI’s advanced certification exams.
