The new Metropolitan Sewer District Wastewater Engineering Building reflects an attitude of innovation, progressive thinking and inclusion, blending and synthesizing a variety of energy-efficient, environmentally-sensitive features in a state-of-the-art structure. As the public persona of the MSD, the building exists as a dynamic workplace for employees and an open, welcoming, enlightening space for guests. The building has achieved a LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Don't miss this opportunity to see first hand what it takes to design and construct a gold LEED certified building.
