Determining the Project delivery method is becoming an increasingly important aspect of construction – in both the public and private sectors. How a project is designed, bid, and built can affect construction costs and construction time. Our February program will examine the most common project delivery methods and the advantages and disadvantages of each. A panel of construction professionals will discuss, from their own experience, why building owners might choose traditional or alternative methods of getting a building project from conception to completion.
