Description:

Mike is a Design Consultant, Senior Architect, Waterproofing & Roofing Consultant, Construction Administrator, and Specifier. With a unique professional background as a specialist architect and construction specifier, Mike has contributed on building envelope designs, provided building enclosure assessments, forensic investigations, building envelope system failure analysis, and designs for historic preservation of building facades and roofs.  Mike is a Registered Roof Consultant, a highly respected registration earned through a rigorous program of qualifications and testing through Roofing Consultants International, Inc.

Bob Bartolt, RA, LEED AP, CSI, Elevar Design Group

Bob is a design consultant/architect with responsibilities involving all aspects of the building envelope. He provides design assistance on new buildings, drawing review, and othe aspects of the design process. He is involed with troubleshooting building failures related to roofing and exterior wall construction.  Bob also serve as a Board Member for the Colerain Township Board of Zoning Appeals.

Eric D. Lussier, CSI, CDT, Precision Atheltic Surfaces, Burlington VT.

Eric has been an indoor sports flooring trusted advisor, distributor and subcontractor for 12 years, now working with Precision Athletic Surfaces, based out of Vermont. He is active in the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), and is currently president of the Vermont Chapter.  Eric is a construction industry blogger whose work is featured on Let’s Fix Construction, which he co-founded with Cherise Lakeside.  Cherise and Eric recently launched the Let's Fix Construction podcast which you can find on any of your favorite players or on their website.

Cherise has experience in construction, MEP engineering and primarily architecture in her 30-year career.  She has worked extensively in multiple areas of AEC and is actively involved in education, speaking, blogging, social media and Let’s Fix Construction.  Her passions include emerging professional development and LetsFixConstruction.com which she co-founded with Eric Lussier.  She is currently the immediate past president of the Portland Chapter of CSI and Institute Director-At-Large for CSI.

Tom is the Senior Member of Yocum & Neuroth. Tom’s practice in the business and construction law areas covers a broad spectrum, including business formation, arbitrations, mediations and litigation, contract negotiation, drafting and interpretation, claims, mechanic’s liens and bond claims. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Kentucky and Ohio State Bar Associations, as well as the Florida Bar. Tom is also a member of the American Arbitration Association panel of arbitrators and mediators for the construction industry and he is a member of the AAA Construction Advisory Council. He has been appointed by the Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court to serve as a referee in construction cases pending in the Ohio Court of Claims.

Julie A. Neuroth, Esq., Yocum & Newroth, LLC

Julie has extensive experience in negotiation, mediation, and other ADR processes and when necessary, litigation and trial experience in handling complex construction and other matters. Her experience includes the handling of construction related disputes such as acceleration, delay, extras, architectural/engineering malpractice, construction defects, construction site accidents and injuries, roof defects, material failures and defects, asbestos specification issues, and construction related financial disputes. She typically represents architects, engineers, owners, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers. In addition to her practice, Julie is an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association where she serves on the Construction and Public Contract Law Committee and is also a member of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.
